Happy Graduation
Class of 2009
Roosevelt School
I GRADUATED !!! LOOOOL XDThe graduation was held in our school gym around 9 AM and concluded at around 10 AM. This morning was such a memorable day.We were not allowed to wear our Graduation cap because of an incident that happened before Blah Blah Blah...I wore a summer blueish dress under my purple graduation gown. Such an awesome event and very emotional too.Our song was "Time of your life" by Greenday. This was the part where people started crying.We were the 90th and last students graduating in Roosevelt School. That's a big WOW !I attended Roosevelt School for only two years and I feel very upset about leaving this school.I'm glad I was part of this event and I'm super proud of what I've accomplished in this school.I won't forget my classmates in 705, as well as the teachers! I love you all sooo much and I'm going to miss you *tears*!

DAD / PAPA / ITAY / TATAY / ERPAT / PA / DADDY !After tucking their three-year-old child Sammy in for bed one night, his parents heard sobbing coming from his room.
Rushing back in, they found him crying hysterically. He managed to tell them that he had swallowed a penny and he was sure he was going to die. No amount of talking was helping.
His father, in an attempt to calm him down, palmed a penny from his pocket and pretended to pull it from Sammy's ear. Sammy was delighted.
In a flash, he snatched it from his father's hand, swallowed, and then cheerfully demanded, "Do it again, Dad!"

Awards Ceremony.

I am struggling to write today and I don't know why.
Anyway, today was fantastic. Our awards were given today in school. I realized that the method of Graduation here is different compared to the Philippines. Usually, the awards are given to us during graduation and our parents are to walk up the stage along with their graduating child. Here, the awards are given to us graduates before graduation because it will just take too long.
So yeah, I received my award(s) today :)) I was ultimately shocked when I heard my name 4 times.
The picture below is one of my award, which is a letter from Barack Obama, the President of the United States of America. It's so cool having an award like this :)
Then I have a certificate along with that. It's called "President's Award for Educational Excellence." How cool is that! XD
I also have Honors of course :)
And the "Excellence Award in Science." I didn't expect that I'm having this award :)) Still, I'm very proud of myself.
There's also this award that I should have gotten, which is the "Lunchtime Leaders Award." I know it's about Lunch but I worked hard on that (not really) :))

I can't believe school's almost over. Graduation will be on the 23rd of June. Ugh, what am I gonna do this summer? .... I wanna go to places but I can't because my mom and dad are working :( Still, we have to figure out things and PLAN SOMETHING.
My days didn't turned out great during these past few days. There were confusion and disappointment and Blah Blah Blah...
Anyway, we still have classes even though we aren't absolutely doing anything anymore besides practicing the graduation ceremony.
There's nothing interesting that happened lately. I just needed an update that's all.

PROM 6/11

Last night was the prom and it was awesome ! I couldn't blog about it last night because it was late when we went home and I was very exhausted. The reception was like 25 minutes away from school. Laura, my friend, and I went to the salon at around 1 PM to fix our hair. We were both planning to curl our hair. It took us about 2 hours to finish and our hair looks fabulous. HAHAHAHA:)) Nandoon yung kaaway ko. Akala ko nagpakulot sya kasi nagrolls din sya parang sa amin pero nagblowdry lang pala :)) Ganun parin ang buhok nya, hindi nagbago.It was time to go to the Prom because it was nearly 5 o'clock and our Yellow Limousine a.k.a. our school bus will leave at 5 PM. After the salon, I went home with my mom and put on my accessories, shoes, and off course my dress. I didn't put on make-up because I want to expose my natural beauty:)).
I arrived in school at exactly 5 and saw Penelope and Rosemary there. I was so happy I saw them :) Too bad I didn't took a picture with them though :( My arrival was perfect because it was time to leave. I sat with Laura in the bus and started to take some pictures :)
When we arrived a our destination, The Fiesta, we were very amazed. The place was gorgeous. The fountain was beautiful and the view was just amazing. We went straight inside to the reception and it was beautiful. There's a Dance Floor and a DJ and lots of FOOD ! It was PERFECT. :)) I sat with Laura, Jennifer, Claudia, Hans, Eric, Willie, Pablo, Roy, and Johan in one table.
I danced and danced and danced to mostly Spanish songs. Leonard was the first and last guy that I danced with. He was like my partner :)) I also danced with Franklin, Eric, Willie, Angel, Yohan, Joshua, Hans, Danny, and others. Even Girls tooo ! :)
Over all, it was a superb ! I was tired that night and my feet was sore AGAIN. What a memorable night. :] We went home at exactly 10 PM and arrived in school at 10:30 PM. It was such a tiring day for me.

Today was the barbecue and the signing of Yearbooks day. I totally bought the yearbook. Sa Barbecue day ineexpect ko barbecue yung ipapakain sa amin. Tae hamburger and hotdog lang ang pinakain sa amin. Nice right?
I was also depressed today in school. Genesis was trying to cheer me up and I appreciate it but I don't feel like smiling. Even my mom noticed and told me "you feel like you're not contented." I was like "great" everyone noticed. I'm too lazy to tell WHY.

Kruckers Extravaganza!

Today was such a fantastic day. Today was our Field trip in Kruckers, NY. It was a totally successful day, it turned out great and I had FUN. We went by bus and I believe it was a 45 minute drive. I sat with Genesis, my classmate/friend/bummy ! We took lots of pictures, which all turned out wonderful. When we arrived in our destination, I was totally excited ! The field was green and huge :)
There were sports area like Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Baseball, and Badminton. The view was amazing too. There were trees and clean ponds and we even saw a SNAKE ! a tiny one though. I played basketball and it was fun but because of that I my feet is so freaking sore :| We arrived there at around 9 AM and departed at around 3 PM. When we left, I could barely walk. Because of that I had cramps. Still, this day was full of HAPPINESS :)Here are few of the pictures. For more click HERE
I walked home in pain :| After 3 hours, a friend of mine, Leonard, went to my house to tell me something. According to him, Willie, our classmate, had a bike accident. Leonard told me that his tiny bone was exposed. I was like "What the eff?" I felt terrible too. Tsk tsk. We just came home from a fun event :[ Anyway, thanks to Leonard, I was the first one to know :]

My computer's freaking alive again and this time it's faster than ever ! The virus is gone and so are my programs :| I mean, there's no need to be lonely because first of all, my computer's fixed and secondly, I can just download them again from the internet. I'm just thankful my computer's back.
I haven't been online for almost 4 days and there are certain events that had happened on those precious days. I wrote it on a piece of paper :]

Two days of no computer is a nightmare. My mom and dad said that we're going to buy a laptop but I'm not sure and I can't take this. I miss my online friends and I can't blog online. UGH ! Back to what happened today in school, some guy that's "famous?" went to my school. Well, he's just "new". He's actually a motivational speaker. I don't know if you guys know him but his name is Retro Bill. (That's him in the left) Not familiar? Google it (Not saying to google it. Only if you're curious).

I haven't been online for the past 3 days and it's a total nightmare for me. As you can see, in my last post I have stated that my computer has a stupid virus. Well, because of the virus I can't log-in on my computer anymore. It's really terrible and it left me computerless. UGH. There are many things that happened the past 3 days and I can't blog about it. DAMN YOU VIRUS!!!!!. So yeah, sorry if I won't be replying to your messages immediately like before. I'll try to keep udating :)
